Re-engineer and re-invent!

It's been a long while since this blog was last updated. Almost 2 years!!

In that time I've been extremely busy with orders and trying out new recipes. Well, a mixture of recipes to be exact.

The secret to baking great cakes and pastries is to tear the recipes apart and re-do them in ways you'd think it should be. In short....re-invent the invented.

There are no rules, no statutes and no policies in making good food better! And no politics either. Just be true to yourself and do what feels and tastes right :).......you won't be dissapointed.
