Re-engineer and re-invent!

It's been a long while since this blog was last updated. Almost 2 years!!

In that time I've been extremely busy with orders and trying out new recipes. Well, a mixture of recipes to be exact.

The secret to baking great cakes and pastries is to tear the recipes apart and re-do them in ways you'd think it should be. In short....re-invent the invented.

There are no rules, no statutes and no policies in making good food better! And no politics either. Just be true to yourself and do what feels and tastes right :).......you won't be dissapointed.

Jumble Sale @ Oakleaf Condominiums

There will be a jumble sale event tomorrow till Sunday (7th to 8th Aug 2010) at Oakleaf Condominiums, Bukit Antarabangsa. A total of 40 stalls are being set up now and with that number you are guaranteed to find all sort of 'colourful' stuff on sale.

We will be participating and we'll be selling most of our cake products and not forgetting our cheese tarts too.

This is the second time around that we are involved in a direct sales 'project'. The first was a huge success and we are working hard to make sure we gain the same this weekend.

Thank you to all who have supported us and you can be sure that we'll maintain our quality for your satisfaction.

Our Secret Ingredient

What goes into our delicious cakes and pastries? Eggs, flour, sugar, some flavour, cream (...or not) and....what else??.....oh yeahh, plenty of LOVE, lots and lots of 'em. That's the killer ingredient in everything baked or chilled with us.

So, stay tuned with us as we bring forth some delicious cakes and pastries, slowly but steadily, watering your mouths (and ours, no doubt) and hopefully you'll get hooked. :)
